"John T. Adams died at his home in San Saba, Texas, Tuesday, November 11. Mr. Adams was a son of Rev. Jesse and Jane Kerr Adams, deceased, and was aged almost 77 years. About forty years ago he went to Texas where he engaged in farming and stockraising and was very successful. He never married. He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Mary McNay, of Waynesburg, and four brothers, Jesse Adams, of Waynesburg, J. B. and C. W. Adams, of Uniontown, and F. E. Adams, of Hartshorn, Okla. The body will be brought here for interment."
