"Mrs. Lottie Goodwin Harkins, 74, widow of Beryl Harkins, and a native of Greene County, died Tuesday evening, Jan. 19, 1943, in the Ohio General Hospital, Wheeling, W. Va., after a lingering illness. Mrs. Harkins was born at Ryerson Station, Richhill Township, November 29, 1868, a daughter of Isaac and Rebecca Barnett Booher. For the past two years she had made her home with a sister, Mrs. William Jacobs, of Cameron, W. Va., R. D. She leaves three sons, Leo Goodwin, of Rock Lick, W. Va.; Raymond Goodwin, of New Matamoras, Ohio, and Wilford Goodwin, of Charleston, W. Va.; three sisters, Mrs. Dillie Inghram, of Kansas City, Mo.; Mrs. William Jacobs, of Cameron, W. Va., R. D., and Mrs. Bertie Carpenter, of Graysville, and one brother, J. L. Booher, of Washington, Pa." |
