James Albert Garrettson, Jr. descends from the Arnold, Boyd, Buchanan, Christopher, Garrettson, John, Longstreth, McClelland, Murdock, Reeves, Watson and related families of Greene County, Pennsylvania.

SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE

The James Albert Garrettson, Jr. Collection photographs were initially arranged by family; however, additional photos continue to be added to the end of the series as they are shared for scanning. For best results, use the GARR Collection Index to look for specific individuals or subjects.

The Garrettson-Boyd Series (Catalogue Code: AN001) photographs were passed from James Garrett Garrettson [1884-1950] and his wife, Daisy Ellen Boyd [1888-1988], to their son, James Albert Garrettson, Sr. [1911-2000], and his wife, Mabel Christine Reeves [1911-1978], to their son, James Albert Garrettson, Jr., and his wife, Deanna Joyce Walker, who owned and shared the photographs with the Greene Connections: Greene County, Pennsylvania Photo Archives Project in 2006.
