"Charles Austin Simpson, little son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred W. Simpson, of Everettville, W. Va., died Sunday, February 28, aged eleven weeks. Beside the parents three brothers survive. The body was brought to the home of Mrs. Simpson's father, Harvey Elms, West College street, where the funeral services were held Tuesday morning, conducted by Rev. Gairdner, of Washington, Pa. Interment in Green Mount cemetery."
