The Elwood Garret Watson Collection photographs were passed from David Daniel Watson [1837-1898] and his second wife, Eliza Garret [1857-1902] to their son Elwood Garret Watson, Sr. [1892-1965] and his wife, Norah Dotchin [1897-1991] to their son Elwood Garret Watson, Jr. who with his son Elwood Garret Watson, III, owned and shared the photographs with the Greene Connections: Greene County, Pennsylvania Photo Archives Project in 2007.
