"Last Will and Testament. In the Name of God Amen. I, James Watson of North Charleroi County of Washington and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, in manner and form following, hereby revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.

First. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied, as soon as conveniently may be, after my decease. The funeral expense is to cost as follows: Casket to cost $50.00. The J. O. Watson Boat to Rices Landing $50.00. Hearse, Carriages, Digging the grave and other expenses $75.00.

Second. I give and bequeath to my grandson James Watson the sum of one hundred dollars.

Third. I give and bequeath to my grandson Charles Kramer the sum of one hundred dollars.

Fourth. I give and bequeath to my grandson Alvan C. Watson the sum of one hundred dollars.

Fifth. The sum of two hundred dollars is to be placed in the hands of my daughter, Lydia Kramer to be expended for a monument for her mother Sarah Ann Watson.

Sixth. I give and bequeath to my daughter Lydia Kramer the sum of one hundred dollars.

Seventh. I give and bequeath to my granddaughter Hazel Watson the sum of twenty-five dollars.

Eighth. I give and bequeath to J. A. Watson [sic J. O. Watson] and Amanda Watson his wife, the sum of twenty-five dollars each.

Ninth. I give and bequeath to my son Carrol Watson the sum of twenty-five dollars.

Tenth. I give and bequeath to my son A. J. Watson a note for one hundred dollars and interest, which I hold against his wife Anna Watson, also the sum of twenty dollars in cash.

Eleventh. I give and bequeath to my son Carrol Watson the small house where I have been living; said house is on the rear of his lot. The furniture in said house I give also to my son Carrol Watson except the following articles, Dish Safe, trunk & contents to my daughter Lydia Kramer. The furniture which I give to my son Carrol Watson is to be rented with the house.

Twelfth. Any back Pension that is due at my death, I give to my son J. O. Watson.

I do hereby make, constitute and appoint John O. Watson and Lydia Kramer to be Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I, James Watson the Testator above named, have hereunto subscribed my name ands affixed my seal, the 10th day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and six.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named James Watson as and for his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who have hereunto subscribed our names at his request as witnesses thereto, in the presence of the said Testator, and of each other.

Be It Remembered, that upon this 6th day of Jan. 1909, before me Cyrus Morrow Register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration within and for said county, came C. A. Metz and J. W. Coyle the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing attached Will of James Watson deceased, who, after being duly qualified according to law, depose and say: that they were present at the execution of said Will – saw the testator sign the same – heard him publish it as and for his last Will and Testament; that they at his request, in his presence, and in the presence of each other, subscribed their names thereto as witnesses; and that at the time of the doing thereof said testator was of sound, disposing mind, memory and understanding, to the best of affiants' knowledge and belief. – C. Sworn and Subscribed before me, Cyrus Morrow, Register

Personally appeared before me Cyrus Morrow Register for the Probate of Wills, Etc., in and for the County of Washington John O. Watson who after being duly qualified according to law, deposes and says, that James Watson late of N. Charleroi died on the 23rd day of Aug. 1908 between the hours of 9 and 10 o'clock P. M. – John O. Watson

Sworn to and subscribed before me, this 6th day of Jan. 1909. – Cyrus Morrow, Register

And now Jany. 6, 1909, It being adjudged that said Will has been duly proved, Letters are issued to John O. Watson and Lydia Kramer, in said testament named, who were duly qualified. – Cyrus Morrow, Register"
