Description / Citation: Photograph of Lorenzo Dow Spragg and his wife, Susan (Owens) Spragg. Original, professional photograph from L. A. Hall, Cottage Gallery, 527 W. Center St., Marion, Ohio. The Spragg Series photographs were passed from Lorenzo Dow Spragg [1834-1911] and his wife, Susan Owens [1839-1919], to their daughter Jennie Spragg [1861-1922] and her husband, James Lindsey Patterson [1860-1914], to their daughters, Blanche Susan (Patterson) Cummins [1890-1981] and Pearle Loreno (Patterson) White [1900-1987], both of whom passed their photographs to Pearle's granddaughter Thelma (White) Yeager who owned and shared the photographs with the Greene Connections: Greene County, Pennsylvania Photo Archives Project in 2005. Each generation added to the collection with photographs from their own family and in-laws. The Spragg Series is a part of Thelma (White) Yeager Collection.
