"Just as the Republican was ready to go to press news reached us of the death of Mrs. Robert Adams, of Leavenwort (sic Leavenworth), Kansas. Mr. Adams is a native of Waynesburg, and Mrs. Adams, formerly Mary Robinson, a graduate of Waynesburg College, will be remembered by many of our citizens."
