My first "getting started" experience was due to Anna Gordon Meighen and her brother, James B. Meighen, telling me stories of certain ancestors. Then when my parents passed away I really felt the need to collect history of family for my siblings and grandchildren. I have been doing this in-depth since 1983. Now that I am retired it has become almost a full time job. |
